MONGOLIAN BEEF WITH NOODLES

Ingredients

Beef Tenderloin Cut (long thin strips) 1 kg

Sriracha Sauce 3 tbsp

Brown Sugar 1 tbsp

Onion Chopped 1 medium

Garlic Chopped 2 tbsp

National Soya Sauce 4 tbsp

National Corn Flour 1 tbsp

Sesame Seed Oil 1 tbsp

National Salt to taste

Cooking Oil ½ Cup

Marinate beef tenderloin with 1 tablespoon of national soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of Sriracha sauce, 1 tablespoon of national salt and national pepper, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of corn flour, and ½ cup of water, then let stand.

Heat ½ cup of cooking oil in a pan and fry 1 tablespoon of garlic to light brown. Add marinated beef and stir well.

Add ½ cup of bleached asparagus, chop 8-10 Thai peppers and increase the flame.

The entire process should not exceed 4-5 minutes.

Before turning off, add sesame oil.

Bring a large pot of brackish water to a boil. Cook the noodles in boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked, but take a bite, it takes about 8 minutes; drain the noodles and then pour into the pot.

Heat cooking oil in a wok; add one tablespoon of chopped garlic, and cook slowly on a low heat until light golden brown. Add the noodles and season with national salt and black pepper. Continue stirring for 2-3 minutes, then add sesame oil and freshly chopped shallots.
